Workers are responsible for the upkeep of apartment buildings. General maintenance and repair workers fix and maintain machines, mechanical equipment, and buildings. They paint, repair flooring, and work on plumbing, and air-conditioning and heating systems.
Basic responsibilities include but not limited to:
Perform necessary work to keep apartments and common areas in excellent repair and specular curb appeal
Perform day to day preventative maintenance and repairs as assigned
Performs normal turns on units
Basic plumbing (unclogging drains, usage of plumbing snake) and general grounds
